Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Lawyer to join our on-site team in Damascus. The primary responsibilities include representing clients in legal proceedings, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing expert advice on complex legal matters. You will collaborate with the firm’s various practice areas to deliver tailored solutions, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and uphold the highest standards of professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Syrian law and legal procedures.
- Proficiency in legal research, case analysis, and drafting legal documents.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex advisory and litigation cases.
- Experience working in a professional, team-oriented legal environment.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a strong asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) is required; advanced legal certifications are advantageous.
