Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Lawyer for an on-site position at VP Law Firm's Belgrade office. The successful candidate will engage in managing legal cases, conducting legal research, and drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents.
Responsibilities include representing clients in legal proceedings, advising on corporate legal strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also entails liaising with clients to uphold and strengthen trusted relationships.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts and agreements.
Proficiency in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and litigation support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Serbian.
Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously with a focus on client outcomes.
Attention to detail and sound judgment in interpreting and applying legal concepts.
Client relationship management and collaboration skills for building trust and understanding client needs.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, with licensure to practice in Serbia.
