Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Lawyer role located in Pasig with Manila Jockey Club. The Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters related to the club’s operations, such as contracts, agreements, regulatory compliance, and litigation. The role may also involve providing legal advice to management, drafting legal documents, and representing the club in legal proceedings.
Qualifications
Legal research skills
Contract drafting and negotiation skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance
Litigation experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Law degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
