Egybell is hiring a Lawyer for a reputable construction company.
Location: 1st Settlement – New Cairo
Responsibilities:
· Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
· Provide legal advice and guidance to management on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
· Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings with external parties when required.
· Manage relationships with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
· Conduct legal research and provide risk assessments on business decisions and transactions.
· Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on potential impacts.
· Assist with company registrations, licenses, permits, and corporate governance matters.
· Handle dispute resolution, claims, and litigation matters when necessary.
· Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Law.
– 1- 2 years of experience
– Very Good command of English (spoken and written)
– Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
– Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
