Looking for a law student or equivalent who wants to learn more about the trillion dollar private equity market. Tasks include: 1) help develop EDGAR-INSIDER’s two platforms: Reg D Score & Reg D Verify; 2) establish CLE terms with CA bar association on behalf of Reg D Law Reporter—California; 3) assemble editorial advisory boards for CA, NY & TX law reporters; and 4) engage with the private equity market via our state securities network. $40/hour for now. Up to $60 if things work out.
