We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a litigation firm or with a litigator in civil/business litigation, with a preference for those who have worked in small firms or with solo practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal research and drafting discovery
Drafting pleadings, such as complaints, motions, and oppositions
Supporting civil/business litigation efforts
Ideal Candidate:
2-6 years of experience in litigation or working with a litigator
Experience in employment litigation is a plus
Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Strong legal research skills and experience drafting legal documents
Ability to work efficiently without requiring much external feedback
