Job Description:
Daksh Law is looking to recruit an associate for its commercial/real estate practice. Candidate must be fully proficient in English and should have excellent written, spoken and analytical English skills. Knowledge of MS Word and other office software would also be required. Knowledge of Kannada would be an advantage but is not essential.
Salary: 80K to 1 Lac per month, depending on experience and skill.
Qualification:
Graduate in Law (PQE 1 to 3 years).

J.P.Nagar 7^th Phase, Bangalore (Onsite, Full Time)
About the Role:
Primary responsibilities would include:
· Drafting Lease Deeds, SHA, SSA, NoC and a variety of other corporate and real estate documents
· Opinions on various matters
· Due Diligence including review of title opinions
· Research on various matters of law
· Assistance with such matters relating to office management and knowledge management as maybe assigned from time to time.
