Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen, LLC is seeking a compassionate, organized, and highly professional receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and supportive environment, particularly for individuals and families navigating serious illness and sensitive legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with care and efficiency
  • Communicate with potential clients and family members, often in emotionally sensitive situations
  • Scan, upload, and accurately name documents within cloud-based Doc-Star system
  • Prep in-house sales packets and materials for law firm front line attorneys, paralegal and advocates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed 

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with individuals facing serious illness with empathy and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Experience with scanning and organizing documents in cloud-based software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of DocStar or similar document management systems is a plus
