We are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our team at On Point Land Surveying. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our operations and enhancing our service delivery.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding contracts.
Maintain accurate records of contract documentation and amendments.
Collaborate with project managers to understand contract requirements and deliverables.
Assist in change management processes related to contract modifications.
Conduct research to support business development initiatives and contract proposals.
Requirements
Proven experience in contract management or a related field.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract law.

Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar contract management systems is a plus.
