Overview: Due to growth, a Miami Law Firm has an immediate opening for an Operations Manager/Director. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations and handle basic HR functions.
Experience/Requirements:
Prior law firm management experience
Recruiting, onboarding and offboarding
Must be able to address and resolve problems as they arise
Basic accounting knowledge is required in order to view and analyze financial reports (basic level)
Report to Partners on a regular basis
Willingness to get involved and assist others as needed
This is an in-office position.
