A nationally recognized real estate law firm is seeking an Office Manager to support firm leadership and oversee day-to-day office operations. This highly visible role works closely with attorneys and senior leadership to ensure efficient workflow, strong internal coordination, and a polished client-facing office environment.

This position is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced law firm setting and enjoys balancing operations, facilities coordination, executive support, and firmwide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Firm Operations & Facilities

Oversee daily office operations and workflow across departments

Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, vendors, and building management

Manage supply procurement and inventory

Assist with workspace planning and office logistics

Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Reception & Front Office Oversight

Oversee reception operations and front-desk coverage

Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, clients, attorneys, and staff

Ensure smooth handling of incoming calls, deliveries, and guest coordination

Support a polished client-facing office experience

Executive & Administrative Support

Support the Managing Partner with daily tasks

Coordinate internal communications related to office operations

Assist leadership with firmwide operational initiatives

Vendor & Contract Management

Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers

Coordinate service schedules and monitor performance quality

Assist with tracking vendor agreements and operational expenses

Human Resources & Recruiting Support

Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires

Support employee benefits implementation and enrollment processes

Assist with interview scheduling and hiring coordination

Client Engagement & Firm Events

Plan and execute firmwide events, staff celebrations, and team-building initiatives

Support internal engagement initiatives and client-facing programs

Technology & Office Support

Provide first-level troubleshooting support for Zoom, printers, and workstations

Coordinate with external IT vendors as needed

Help maintain smooth day-to-day office technology operations

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in math, finance, or accounting

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Experience coordinating vendors and facilities projects

Comfortable supporting senior leadership

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office technology platforms

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
