The Opportunity
** A global law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their Fin Reg / Fintech practice group in Singapore.*
* ** This is an
exciting
opportunity at a collegiate and
collaborative
firm, learning from a leading practitioner in the field. You will be supporting a busy and growing practice group, covering a broad range of areas, including – financial services licensing and approvals, conduct of business and regulatory change projects, with a particular focus on Fintech, payment services and digital assets.*
* ** The firm’s clients include banks, digital asset exchanges and dealers, capital markets intermediaries, payment services firms, funds, exchanges, proprietary trading houses and commodity groups.*
* ** In addition to meeting the qualifications (set out below), you will need to be ambitious, energetic and possess good business judgement.*
* ** Qualifications*
* – 4 to 7 years PQE
– Admission to practice law in Singapore
– Strong academics and law firm experience
– Experience in fintech / finreg / TMT is essential with experience dealing with digital assets being preferred
– Asian language skills will be an advantage
