15-attorney Litigation & Corporate Transactional Law Firm seeks experienced Corporate Transactional Associate with skills and experience to join its FORT LAUDERDLAE team. (This is a 100% IN OFFICE in Las Olas – it is not remote or hybrid).
IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS 3 + YEARS CORPORATE TRANSACTIONAL LAW EXPERIENCE.
Seeking corporate transactional associate with experience with Mergers & Acquisitions, drafting corporate formation documents and other business entities, LLC operating, shareholder, and other agreements typically relevant in these types of transactions, as well as strong corporate formation and commercial contracting experience for non-public entities. Other desired experience includes drafting contracts, settling contract disputes, corporate governance, drafting internal policies and procedures, risk assessment, due diligence preparation and compliance. Should have experience in the areas of Corporate, Transactions, and Contract Formation/Negotiation. The candidate should demonstrate transactional skills, including structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated contracts; reviewing and understanding intricate regulations and statutes; and managing demanding complex multi-faceted transactions.
We represent various businesses, municipalities, government entities, and national religious organizations that we handle a myriad of transactional matters for, including purchasing and acquiring properties all over the country.
SALARY: Between $120k and $175k (evaluated at the interviews and will be solely dependent on your experience, personality, and what you bring to the table). Anything over $175k will require SOME portable book of corporate/transactional business. We have little to no turnover and people choose to stay with our organization long-term. MUST be currently licensed to practice law in FL or another US State (with no Bar Disciplinary history).
