Requirements
Education, minimum of an associate degree
Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers / dealerships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Microsoft office skills
Automotive industry and or legal customer service experience a plus. This position will be working with customers and dealerships in the lemon law process for a globally known automotive manufacturer.
Responsibilities
Owner Appointment scheduling.
owner/dealer/attorneys, communication/follow ups.
Claims analysis
Negotiate settlements.
Maintain up to date claims information.
Problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
Work within predetermined timelines as dictated by the statute.
Summary:
This position requires an individual who is self-disciplined, self-motivated, and extremely organized. It requires handling a large volume of claims at various stages in the lemon law process. Following brief training, this is a work at home position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
