Role Description
We are looking for experienced compliance, legal operations, regulatory, and audit specialists to support work on law and compliance. The ideal candidate has experience through Mercor working on Rubric-style tasks and is confident in designing LLM prompts and evaluating model outputs.

Compensation & Schedule
- Rate: $100 – $175
- Independent contractor position
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- Project duration may vary depending on business needs and performance
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law, Business Law, and Labor and Employment Law
- Strong Writing and Research skills for legal and compliance documentation
- Ability to provide clear legal guidance and advice with attention to detail
- Familiarity with legal compliance in international and remote work scenarios is a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Relevant legal education or certifications preferred
