Job Summary: Geraci Law is America’s largest bankruptcy law firm. Use your BA or BS in finance, sociology, communications, statistics, business, psychology or related field providing exceptional client service, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
You will be trained and mentored to achieve a strong understanding of legal services and the ability to analyze customer needs to drive sales and revenue growth, at our offices in Wauwatosa, Greenfield and Milwaukee.
While this is an entry level position, lots of opportunity for advancement, its up to you!
Duties: (using our VOIP, multi screen CPUs and proprietary CRM software)
– Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
– Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
– Analyze client needs for our services.
– Provide service information to customers, address their concerns and resolve any issues.
– Participate in project management to identify client service improvements.
– Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications: BACHELOR’S DEGREE
– Experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
– Strong understanding of financial services and products.
– Excellent communication and analytical skills. Good math skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
