A high-end plaintiff-side law firm that seeks to hire a midlevel or junior associate admitted and located in North Carolina for a role focused exclusively on birth trauma litigation. The firm seeks an attorney (defense or plaintiff-side) with medical malpractice experience (birth trauma experience not required) and ideally deposition experience, as well as a good worth ethic. The role will involve taking depositions, involvement in trials, and significant travel within the U.S. as the practice is national, although a number of cases are venued in North Carolina. Base salary is likely around $120,000-170,000 (depending on experience). The attorney can work remotely from North Carolina as the firm does not have offices there. I have placed multiple attorneys with this group and many other attorneys with the firm.
