We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role requires the ability to manage risk, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while safeguarding the company’s best interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, interpret, and manage contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements align with contractual obligations.
Prepare, review, and manage procurement of bonds and certificates of insurance (COIs).
Monitor contract compliance and address issues or discrepancies with clients.
Maintain and track contract documentation and ensure all files are up to date.
Facilitate communication between clients, legal teams, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
Assist in contract negotiations and amendments when necessary.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
Provide ongoing support for contract-related questions and issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
Strong understanding of contract language, terms, and conditions.
Experience in managing bonds, insurance, and COIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage client relations and resolve conflicts.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with contract management software and MS Office Suite.
