Law Clerk for the Oregon Tax Court Jobs in Salem, OR at Judicial Department
Mathis Law, PLLC seeks an Associate Attorney to join our remote transportation and corporate law practice based out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience that includes corporate and business law matters, contract drafting, review, and negotiations, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance and policy matters, analyzing and advising clients on best practices and business objectives, and collaboration on risk mitigation and loss control; experience including employment matters insurance coverage and claims, business litigation, and/or federal and state regulatory compliance is preferred. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, thinks strategically, and excels within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
