Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk
The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of the Senior Counsel. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them in a timely manner. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to 2 Lawyers
Drafting and editing documents
Work in Commercial Real Estate
Handle communication with clients
Calendar management and scheduling meetings
Locate and develop case-relevant information
Coordinate and organize legal schedules and calendars
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Law Clerk or Paralegal Designation/ Legal Assistant Diploma
3-5+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience
Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
Strong reading and writing skills
Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
