Duties:
– Serve as the front desk point of contact for the office
– Assist in managing schedules and appointments
– Maintain and organize physical and digital files
– Prepare correspondence
– Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
– Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
– Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
– Assist with administrative tasks specific to a law office setting

Requirements:
– Proven experience in a similar role, such as administrative assistant, legal secretary
– Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized tools for office tasks
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills and customer support abilities
