Advise public companies on securities regulation, compliance, and corporate governance matters.
Provide counsel on Exchange Act disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards.
Draft and review SEC filings, including annual reports, proxy statements, and other disclosure documents.
Assist clients with regulatory inquiries and internal governance processes.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations on securities law issues.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement corporate governance strategies.
Support business development and client relationship management.
3-5 years of experience in securities regulation and corporate governance matters.
Strong academic background and credentials.
Experience with advising public companies on disclosure requirements and governance practices.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.
Educati
J.D. from an accredited law school (Graduation years 2020–2022 preferred).
Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.
Strong understanding of securities regulation, including the Securities Exchange Act.
Expertise in corporate governance practices and public company reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
