The Role:
Lateral Associate – Litigation | San Francisco, CA
We are seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate specializing in Litigation to join a prestigious litigation team in San Francisco, CA. This position offers the chance to work on
innovative
and high-impact cases spanning corporate and commercial litigation, with exposure to a broad spectrum of legal disciplines.
In this position, you will:
• Represent clients in
diverse
litigation matters, including corporate and commercial disputes.
• Draft and manage legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Collaborate with team members on class actions, appellate matters, environmental cases, securities, antitrust, IP, labor and employment disputes, and more.
• Participate in hearings, trials, and appellate proceedings.
• Develop
innovative
strategies to deliver favorable outcomes for clients.
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for candidates who bring:

Experience:
Law school graduate from 2020 or earlier with demonstrated exposure to corporate and commercial litigation.
•
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Expertise:
Exceptional analytical, research, and
communication
abilities.
•
Additional Qualifications:
Experience across litigation disciplines such as class actions, appellate work, and other specialized areas is highly desirable.
