Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Landman based in the Williston Basin, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Landman will be responsible for conducting title research and analysis, preparing and curating documents, ensuring accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Title Research, Title Analysis, and Lease Negotiation
- Proficiency in Land Management, Records Management, and Document Preparation
- Knowledge of Legal Compliance and Regulatory Requirements in the energy sector
- Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Negotiation skills
- Proficient with land management software and familiarity with geographic tools
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in detail-oriented tasks
- Previous energy, oil and gas industry experience is a strong advantage
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Business, or related field preferred
