Duties

Provide Legal Advice:
Offer expert legal counsel on land use and zoning regulations, including compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Manage Land Use Projects:
Oversee and guide clients through the land use and zoning approval processes for various development projects.

Draft and Review Documents:
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to land use and development.

Represent Clients:
Represent clients in administrative proceedings, hearings, and negotiations with governmental agencies and other stakeholders.

Conduct Research:
Perform detailed legal research on land use laws, regulations, and case law to support client cases and strategic decisions.

Advise on Environmental Regulations:
Provide guidance on environmental regulations and compliance issues related to land use and development.

Develop Strategies:
Develop and implement strategies for navigating complex regulatory environments and achieving client goals.

Maintain Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.

Requirements

Bar Admission:
Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.

Experience:
Should have experience in land use and zoning law, with a proven track record of handling complex legal issues.

Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Skills:
