Job Description / Responsibility
SaRa Development Ltd. a member of SNOWTEX Group, is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of Land Officer – (Land Acquisition & Legal). The ideal candidate will have a strong real estate background with hands-on experience in land sourcing, negotiation, documentation, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for acquisition as per project requirements
- Conduct market research and feasibility analysis
- Coordinate with landowners, brokers, agents, and local stakeholders
- Lead price negotiations and finalize commercial terms
- Verify land titles, ownership documents, and ensure due diligence compliance
- Liaise with legal, survey, and regulatory teams for smooth documentation
- Maintain updated database of available lands and acquisition pipeline
- Ensure acquisition targets are achieved within timeline and budget
- Handle government liaison and local authority approvals (if required)
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Urban & Regional Planning
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Skills Required: Site Management, Sourcing, Land Purchase, Land and Legal, Land Development
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Law Firm,Real Estate,Developer
Additional Requirements
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of land laws, documentation, and due diligence process
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
