Qualifications:
- Graduate of Legal Management, Communication Arts, Social Science / Political Science, Economics or any related field.
- Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor is an advantage
- At least 2 to 5 years related experience in labor and employee relations.
- Ability to create, review and formulate LR policies and procedures
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, administrative investigations, grievance handling, and CBA processes.
Job Description:
- Conduct and support administrative investigations, including case documentation and reporting.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Maintain and analyze labor relations and administrative case records to recommend preventive measures.
- Support Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations, implementation, and labor-management relations.
- Partner with labor unions, employee representatives, and government agencies (e.g., DOLE).
- Assist in grievance handling, mediation, and dispute resolution.
- Lead or support labor relations projects, organizational restructuring initiatives, and policy implementation.
- Conduct employee and management orientations on company policies, labor relations, code of conduct, anti-sexual harassment, conflict of interest, and other compliance programs.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and company labor relations policies.
- Prepare labor relations reports and provide insights to support management decisions.
