Responsibilities
Draft complaints and discovery documents
Conduct legal research
Negotiate settlements
Represent clients in employment law cases
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in Labor and Employment Law
Experience with wage and hour class actions / PAGA
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
California Bar License
Additional Information
