What You Will Be Doing
Work on both litigation and non-litigation matters for a diverse range of clients.
Involve in all aspects of practice including pre-complaint investigation, case analysis and strategy, discovery work, depositions, court appearances, administrative matters, union negotiations, assisting in arbitration and trials, client counseling, legal research, and writing.
Handle EEO litigation, PAGA and class action wage and hour litigation.
Develop and recruit clients, and provide counsel and advice.
Experience You Will Need
7 years of experience in wage and hour class action defense in California.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated, possess excellent writing, analytical, and people skills, value a team environment, and will be prepared to work independently and assume significant responsibilities.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Education
Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state of California.
Must have a California bar license.
During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
