My client, a national law firm, is seeking a seasoned Labor & Employment Attorney to join their Minneapolis office. A successful candidate will possess 7 years of experience practicing employment litigation (management side) and significant experience with counseling, advice, training, and compliance matters. Requirements 7+ years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on employer-side representation.

Proven track record

of success in handling employment-related litigation matters.

Experience in employment discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage and hour. Counseling and advice experience. Strong

analytical skills

and ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients. Excellent written and oral

communication skills
