Your Role
Litigation *Take an active role in all stages of Employment litigation, from pleadings to trial preparation, representing clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes.
Courtroom * Appear in state and federal courts across Boston; managing hearings, depositions, and motions.
Client *
*** Advise clients on complex employment law matters, providing strategic solutions tailored to their needs.
Trial Prep:
Assist in developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial teams in high-stakes cases.
Who You Are
Licensed ** Admitted to practice in Georgia, with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
Detail-Oriented * Skilled in drafting motions, conducting depositions, and building strong legal arguments.
Ambitious *
*** Eager to take on meaningful cases, develop trial skills, and make a significant impact in employment law.
