This is a senior-level trial attorney role for a litigator with 10+ years of experience and an active book of business. What You’ll Do:
Represent clients in trials, hearings, and other court proceedings
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence
Lead all phases of discovery, including depositions
Examine and cross-examine witnesses in court
Develop and execute litigation and trial strategies
Communicate with clients on case developments and legal strategy
Negotiate settlements and manage client expectations
Qualifications
10+ years of litigation and trial experience, including jury selection and courtroom presentation
Portable book of business of at least $600,000
Admitted to practice law in California
Strong deposition, discovery, and motion practice skills
Prior experience in business, real estate, or complex civil litigation
Background in preparing trial exhibits and managing trial prep workflows
