Giza Spin is looking for a Compliance Officer with strong expertise in labor regulations and HR legal frameworks.
📌 Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years in Labor Law Compliance or HR Operations.
Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and internal work regulations.
Language: Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken).
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full adherence to Egyptian Labor Laws and internal bylaws.
Manage and update internal work regulations and disciplinary codes.
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure legal and social compliance.
Oversee employee relations to mitigate legal risks.
