Duties

- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey;
Pennsylvania or New York a plus. - Demonstrated experience in labor and employment law.

- Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team.
- Commitment to client-centered representation.
