Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complex employment law matters across various industries
• Advise clients on labor relations, discrimination, wage and hour laws, and other employment-related issues
• Draft and review employment-related documents, policies, and agreements
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings
Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 4-6 years of experience in employment law
• Strong knowledge of employment law and a passion for this practice area
