A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join a
dynamic
team in Denver, Colorado. This full-time hybrid position offers the opportunity to work on complex employment law matters, including litigation and workers’ compensation. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Labor and Employment Law, with a strong understanding of federal and state regulations.

Duties
:
Represent clients in employment litigation, including defending against claims related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and retaliation. Handle workers’ compensation cases for clients. Advise clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. Foster and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional legal services. Prepare and draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
Manage case strategy, deadlines, and client communications. Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparations as needed. Keep up to date with developments in employment and labor law. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Labor and Employment Law. Experience defending clients in employment litigation and handling workers’ compensation cases. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment
. Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
Skills:
