Position **
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Employment Attorney to handle a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and workplace harassment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in litigating employment law cases, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to advocating for employees’ rights.
Key *
– Represent clients in employment law cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other related matters.
– Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and prepare legal briefs.
– Manage a caseload of complex employment law matters from intake through resolution, whether by settlement, trial, or other alternative dispute resolution processes.
– Provide legal counsel and advice to clients regarding employment rights and workplace issues.
– Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcome.
– Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and trials.

– Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
– Active membership in the California State Bar.
– 2+ years of experience practicing employment law, with significant experience in litigation.
