About the Company

The Attorney Recruiting Team at LHH Recruitment Solutions is comprised of former attorneys who specialize in placing attorneys in Big Law, regional, and boutique law firms across California and the West Coast. We’re currently working with a top-tier national law firm seeking a mid or senior level Employment Litigation Associate for their San Francisco office.

About the Role

Handle a broad range of single-plaintiff and class/collective action employment law matters, discrimination, retaliation, wage-hour class action and collective action/PAGA claims.

Provide advice and counsel to clients, draft employment agreements, policies, conduct investigations.

Draft and respond to discovery, draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions.

Maintain a good balance of independent work and collaboration with a team.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor Degree from ABA-approved law school required.

Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in California.

2+ years of experience in employment law.

Base Salary Range: $200,000 – $275,000 (DOE).
