Labor and Employment Associate Attorney Jobs in Parsippany-Troy Hills, USA at LHH
We’re partnering with a well‑regarded law firm to identify a Labor and Employment Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join a growing employer‑side practice.
This role involves a mix of employment litigation and advisory work, including matters pending in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in alternative dispute forums.
Experience handling discrimination, wage and hour, restrictive covenant, or breach‑of‑contract matters is preferred. Prior exposure to counseling employers, drafting employment agreements and policies, or conducting internal investigations is a plus.

- Compensation: High $100s to low $200s, depending on experience
