Downtown San Antonio law firm is seeking an experienced Civil litigation attorney. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years litigation experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters and be proficient in handling civil cases through trial. Experience in collection and oil and gas litigation also would be very helpful. Excellent opportunity to perform meaningful work on diverse and interesting legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft motions, conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
