Job description: We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate or Partner-level Attorney with deep expertise in Commercial Litigation, ADA compliance, and Employment Law. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a seasoned attorney to take on high-impact litigation matters, advise on complex regulatory issues, and serve a diverse and dynamic client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution, including trials, arbitrations, and settlements.
Provide advice on ADA compliance and related matters.
Counsel clients on employment law issues, including wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs and objectives
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial litigation, ADA, and employment law.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A valid license to practice law in Florida.
