An established Nassau County Insurance Defense law firm seeks litigation associate for immediate hire.
We are seeking an experienced Permanent Defense Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team in the legal industry. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your unique skills in personal injury law. You will be working on a variety of cases, including but not limited to, motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries. This role requires a strong commitment to client service, excellent problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of defense litigation.
Candidates must be in good standing with the New York bar and have a minimum 3-7 years of experience. Prior litigation experience is required. Applicants with trial experience are encouraged to apply. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed. Applicants should have experience litigating in state and federal court, taking depositions, and excellent legal research and writing skills.
Salary is commensurate with experience, but will be at least six-figures plus commission.
