What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality legal advice and courtroom representation for children and families in unstable or unsafe situations.
- Handle cases involving Injunctions for Protection, Dissolutions of Marriage, Temporary Custody by Relatives, Paternity Orders, Educational Advocacy, and Attorney ad Litem representation for dependent youth.
- Conduct community outreach, educational workshops, and client trainings.
- Collaborate with social services, community partners, and local bar associations to expand access to justice.
Qualifications:
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar (Required).
- 1–3 years of legal practice preferred, but enthusiastic entry-level attorneys are encouraged to apply!
- Strong passion for litigation and public interest law.
- Sensitivity to the needs of low-income individuals, crime victims, and underserved populations.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or Haitian Creole) are a strong plus.

- Salary: Starting at $78,000+ per year.
