Position: Transactions Associate – Dallas
Salary Range: $240,000 – $350,000
Summary:
We are seeking an associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join the Transactions Practice Group in Dallas.
This position involves primarily working on US and international M&A transactions and requires an associate who is comfortable working on teams and having regular, direct interaction with partners, senior associates, and clients.
You will be joining an energetic and collaborative culture that values character, work ethic, and personal/professional development.
Qualified candidates will have experience representing clients in a variety of complex corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate governance, securities, and other commercial transactions.
The ideal candidate will have strong document drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a positive attitude and an exceptional work ethic.
We are looking for a well-rounded, dynamic, and highly motivated associate who has a strong desire to contribute to a team.
Requirements:
JD from an ABA-approved law school
Active member in good standing with the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice
Timely admission to the Texas Bar will be a condition of employment
Strong document drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and exceptional work ethic
Top academic background and experience required
