Juvenile Administrative Support I Jobs in Columbia, MO at State of Missouri
Duties include data entry, greeting clients, answering phones, supporting paralegals and attorneys, digital and paper file management, typing correspondence and legal documents, document copying and assembly, witnessing client signatures, scheduling appointments, maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, screening phone calls, and taking messages.
Law firm experience is preferred. Office experience is required. A successful candidate will be independent, articulate, emotionally intelligent, highly organized, a self-starter, and able to work under pressure.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude are required. Qualified candidates will interact well with clients, paralegals, and attorneys, must be punctual and flexible, have excellent written and oral communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and be a team player. The ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal oversight is vital. Common sense and critical thinking skills are crucial.
This is a full-time position. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, on-site in Greeley, Colorado. Remote work is not available.
Preferred Notary Public or ability to obtain certification of Notary Public
