Annual earnings of up to 1 mil, proven by a current team member.

Your Role: ⚖️ Dive into plaintiff-side litigation, owning wage & hour class actions, PAGA claims & wrongful term cases from intake to multi-million-dollar settlements
➢ Handle complex cases with comprehensive knowledge of class actions, drawing on firm resources for aggressive strategy
➢ Manage teams & mentor juniors as you grow, with leadership opportunities under the founding partner
➢ Contribute to groundbreaking work, like recent eight-figure victories for denied breaks and termination
About you:
• As long as you have one or more years’ experience in plaintiff / defense employment litigation, you are eligible to join this powerhouse!
Salary & Benefits:
💰 Up to $250k base + substantial performance bonuses (firm and individual) leading to $500k+ overall, with proven paths to $1M+ take-home
