Au sein du département Juridique Banque, vous apporterez votre expertise et votre soutien aux différents départements de la Banque, en veillant à la conformité juridique et en contribuant à la gestion des risques.
Juriste (80-100%)Votre Mission :
Conseiller et accompagner les unités de Conseil à la clientèle privée, notamment en matière de droit des successions et de mesures de protection (curatelles, etc.) ;
Analyser et traiter les réclamations de clients ou de tiers nécessitant une réponse juridique ; suivre les éventuels litiges devant les tribunaux en Suisse ou à l’étranger ;
Analyser et traiter les demandes d’autorités en matière boursière, d’entraide fiscale ou autres ;
Assister les différentes unités de la Banque sur les aspects réglementaires liés aux activités bancaires et financières ;
Assurer une veille juridique et réglementaire, participer à l’adaptation des directives internes et contribuer à la formation des équipes.
Votre Profil :
Titulaire d’un Master en droit délivré par une université suisse, une formation postgrade ou brevet d’avocat serait un atout
Environ 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle utile au poste, idéalement en banque privée ou en étude d’avocats
Bonne maîtrise du droit bancaire suisse, particulièrement dans le domaine de la banque privéeExcellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, bonnes connaissance d’une troisième langue un atout
