Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Juris Doctor specializing in Workplace Investigation. The Juris Doctor will be responsible for conducting thorough and impartial workplace investigations, preparing detailed reports, and providing expert advice on employment law matters. Additional tasks include interviewing witnesses, reviewing relevant documentation, and collaborating with legal and HR teams to address and resolve workplace issues. The role also involves ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and recommending policy improvements.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Employment Law, Workplace Investigations, and Legal Research
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prepare comprehensive reports
Excellent interviewing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance
Experience in conflict resolution and policy development is beneficial
