Junior to Mid-Level M&A Corporate Associate Attorney
The Dallas office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking two 2nd – 4th year associates in their Corporate practice. This is an exciting opportunity to train and work with a dynamic and nationally recognized practice group. Ideal candidates should have experience working with private equity funds, independent sponsors, and portfolio companies in connection with M&A transactions, capital raises, and debt and securities offerings.
Candidates should also have experience drafting operating and partnership agreements, and attending to the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies.
Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as largelaw firm experience and excellent references. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also required.
