Responsibilities
Support the existing practice lead with residential real estate transactions (purchase, sale, refinance)
Draft and review agreements, offers, leases, and related real estate documents
Manage a growing portfolio of real estate clients with guidance and mentorship where needed
Build and maintain client relationships, fostering new business opportunities
Collaborate with colleagues within the firm’s teams where required
Requirements
Licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
1 year of experience practicing real estate law (in exceptional cases, we will consider those recently called to the bar who demonstrate strong entrepreneurial capabilities)
Solid understanding of residential real estate law
Must be fluent in spoken Tamil
