The Candidate will assist attorneys with financings, IPOs, incorporations, M&A and other tasks such as corporate governance and record keeping. Will review and analyze contracts and catalog information about the contracts into an existing database.
There may also be ad hoc projects as needed. Must have significant experience with research and securities filings and researching client contacts. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, and current knowledge of rules and procedures.
